People here are very helpful and with non hierarchical structure you can even reach out to senior management. They offer Work from anywhere
Less on-site opportunities in india and abroad

The only pro was had a friendly team of co workers to work with until I could smell the politics and two faced attitude in them.
This company runs on an IT nepotism where folks are favoured on the basis of licking attitude , common culture , race etc. As a contractor I never cared on those and gave my 100% towards the job. Was working extra hours to get the deliverables out and not charging for the extra penny as they don’t support paying for extra time. As a contractor volunteered for the production releases outside of the work window and not expecting any money in return. Little did I know that would be kicked out in a day’s notice ! No support, timesheets weren’t approved, didn’t give me enough time to send out my documents to the employer ! Guess what! Management stops communicating, stops responding on the Teams, phone calls ! Revokes access without informing , HR doesn’t reach out to talk / sort end day formalities. No one seemed to care !!!! My first ever contractual job and bummed to say didn’t end on a good note!!! Would never recommend anyone working with them in the US territory on contractual basis ! You’re sure to be pulled down the ladder at the end despite your hard work and work ethics. Don’t waste your time and talent being a part of them!3
