    I worked at Nagel Group as a contractor

    Pros

    Colleagues with international backgrounds, both personally & professionally. One is taken seriously as a professional from Day 1.

    Cons

    Team structure & spirit needs more support from management.
    Management should have a more open approach to new employees.
    Staff wellness is overlooked.
    Office in dire need of an upgrade.

    Advice to Management

    Be more available to staff. Don’t let your immediate attitude & response be negative or closed-minded, see staff as assets.

    I have been working at Nagel Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Das Gehalt kommt pünktlich am Monatsanfang.

    Cons

    Mitarbeiter werden von den Vorgesetzten so sehr erniedrigt das sie freiwillig kündigen oder nicht mehr arbeiten kommen wollen.
    Undefinierte Schichten. Nicht familienfreundlich. Schlechtes Gehalt.
    Überstunden gelten als Normalität und selbstverständlich (trotz bekannter körperlicher Einschränkungen seitens des Mitarbeiters).
    Es werden immer mehr ungelernte Kräfte aus Osteuropa geholt, um die Kosten zu drücken.

    Advice to Management

    Den Abteilungsleitern/Lagerleitern und anderen Führungskräften beibringen wie man anständig mit seinen Kollegen umzugehen hat.
    Das Ausbeuten der Mitarbeiter beenden.
    Sich um das Allgemeinwohl der Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen kümmern und nicht nur ausquetschen!
