Good pay, great leadership, good benefits and PTO package from day 1.
Cons
Stressful workload (it's insurance), very difficult insureds, still expected to come into office some days a week.

Pros
Such a positive place to work. Everyone here is so friendly and team orientated. Lots of opportunities for collaboration and leadership really cares about their staff. Great training team and good opportunity for growth.
Cons
The claims system is not ideal. Several systems for different process and it's clunky. Good news is they are working on building out a new, more cohesive system so looking forward to that!
