Pros

Great benefits (Health insurance including dental and vision, 401K match, life insurance coverage) Company really cares for the staff and makes sure everyone is comfortable A variety of instant food is available to anyone for lunch, they do occasional luncheons throughout the year (pizza, tacos, bbq) Large variety of drinks are available Employee sale discounts Rewards for referring new employees End of the year gifts (cakes, food, prizes) Everyone is friendly, job is very easy and they are lenient with things like listening to music during your shift. Company does a great job making sure everyone gets their full time schedule and even overtime is available especially during busy times. Hours are great and they are willing to work with you if hours/days need to be moved around. Just overall a great company to work for.

Cons

There really isn't anything negative to say, as long as you come to work and do your job your good

Pros

If you don't mind the pay, and just stick to doing your work, this is perfect for you!!! Not the best organized company, but very easy to work for. You see the owners regularly, if not everyday. When the company gets busy you see them, along with managers and supervisors working by your side to get the job done. Company will treat there employees once in a while. Whether it be a company bbq, pizza on thursdays, monthly giveaways, outings to korean bbq, or even taking the whole company to a movie theater. Besides the usual disagreements, all employees are very easy to get along with. Stick to your work and you'll be fine.

Cons

There is a lot of preference. As it is a Korean owned company, they blatantly give a Korean worker advancement opportunities before anyone else. They try to squeeze everything they can out of you for not the best pay in the world. I have seen them let some of the hardest and smartest workers walk away, because they will not give pay raises. If they do it will take a lot of pushing them to do so.
