      You are thrown in deep end; there is no team worker. You are supposed to be maintenance planner and supervisor when you are paid only salary of maintenance planner. Trades show resistance to easier maintenance tasks and there is bully behaviour.

      Pros

      You will be given a real project to work on as an intern; you are not doing intern "busy work," and the support team is beyond amazing. The program has great prestige within the company. Many of the top leaders did this program.

      Cons

      If you do get an offer for the Sales Development Program, the first months as a sales rep are very different than some of the analytical work you do as an intern. Still important to take that rotation seriously to grow in CPG
