      - Great recruitment process - Friendly team & culture - Inclusive environment - High performing and approacable Exec team - Hybrid working (work life balance) I believe most of the negative reviews & comments were made before the restructure. I questioned the reviews during my initial interview, before I joined, and can happily say I haven't had any issues!

      Cons

      Slightly lacking in formal processes and the internal policies are in need of an update - but this is currently being worked on.

      Pros

      Salaries are in line with and sometimes above industry average.

      Cons

      Disregard ratings that are 5 stars because these are inauthentic posts to bring up the score. If you accept a position due to a need for income, don’t stop your job search because tenure at Nuix is short due to constant firings and others who are able to get out ahead of each quarterly wave to drop headcount.
