      Strong base salary. Strong core product.

      Cons

      Lack of true sales culture. Leadership obsessed with corporate reporting. Terrible commission plan, lots of details to avoid paying sales reps.

      Salaries are in line with and sometimes above industry average.

      Cons

      Disregard ratings that are 5 stars because these are inauthentic posts to bring up the score. If you accept a position due to a need for income, don’t stop your job search because tenure at Nuix is short due to constant firings and others who are able to get out ahead of each quarterly wave to drop headcount.
