*HR pretends to care, - they don't *Company does not care for the peon employees who are doing all of the work to hit budget deadlines. *Bonuses promised, but never paid - only upper management sees the fruits from the peons labor *Promised alleged raises are so far away, who know if they will every come to fruition *Too many chiefs, ZERO leaders - ZERO leadership *Countless days and hours of meetings upon meetings with no resolution *Work remote day and night to get tasks done and still don't hit the budget mark for bonus. But we still continue to do it hoping for bonus next go around - it will never happen *Upper management is condescending *If you are a newcomer, it is made clear that you are not part of the original pack (of wolves) *Backstabbing feeling and approach to every meeting, never know what the actual point of the meeting is or what the outcome will be, but one thing is for sure, upper management boasts about wealth and where they live and their backyard swimming pools and lakes *Greed Greed Greed. Bottom line wins, Employee loses
