Some good points but still a long way to go - Anonymous employee OWT Employee Review

Dear colleague, Thank you very much for taking the time to give us feedback. It is always appreciated. We are a people-oriented company, and try to align with today's world as fast as we can. We do offer flexibility in our working hours, they just have to be defined with your project manager. Our vacation compensation plan evolves with your seniority in the company and in addition we also offer wellness days, three this year for Christmas for example. It is in our culture to give the liberty to our colleagues to take ownership of more tasks and responsibilities. We try to give as many opportunities as we can, to people who work well and know when to cease them.
