Great place for an amateur or hobbyist no stakes or pressure. No one in the organization is a true professional therefore making it a great place to get a title in sales without actually being accountable for a foot in the door to their next career move. If you are part of the inner circle of friends it is a great free paycheck.
Cons
A company that consists of family and their friends who sell white labeled TVs to municipal contract clients. The family puts taking care of themselves and their image Infront of any other ethical business practive. The family and friends will flaut they frequent vacations and cars and sporting team sponsorships, while constantly dodging client and employee issues. Take a look at any of their social media postings, where you will not find a post of any work done or projects completed but will see an array of outings and parties. If you are in sales your commusion is constantly reworked and adjusted every time it is presented to you and you have to spend more hour double checking their accounting methods which they will constantly change and adjust. I was asked several times a year to sign new agreements as they change how they were going to pay me each quarter. There was an excuse at every turn for reimbursements due back to me for business related purchases. The most horrific was the fuel for positions that consisted of daily driving to sites for both sales and site work, what legit company handles employees miles by handing them gas gift cards that sometimes maybe work?
