Management is great, money was solid, kitchen was very organized.
Cons
My only complaint was that the closing section never really felt like it was soundproofed, so with high ceilings on a busy Saturday night, it made for a very noisy dining room.

Pros
The food was fresh, healthy, and delicious! They had a wide range of choices to pick from. Their chefs are clearly trained on not only how to cook European dishes, but also know how to make large portions of them too. Too often buffet food tastes terrible because there is a difference between cooking for one person and cooking in a catering/buffet style. Well done!!!
