There aren’t any cons that I can think of

Good paycheck and good benefits. The rich will get richer in this company. The people doing the actual work will never be acknowledged. They will only get more work added to their already over filled plate while making half the money of the people who are barely working because we don't need to, that's what they are for.

Human resource manager is a joke. It's an embarrassment to the company and everybody seems to know this but her and the few people she has managed to fool.
