      The company abhors racism, but doesn't notice when they commit it themselves sometimes.

      Cons

      There isn't much diversity in the workplace and the management seemed to be closed off from outside ideas. The CEO is TERRIBLE, CHEAP and too arrogant to accept fresh ideas from employees about leadership, management, and innovation! The company lacks culture and managers being redundant feels almost too TOXIC!

      Pros

      Looking for perfection could be a good challenge for a time, and make you discover skills and talents.

      Cons

      Nonstop looking for perfection, though couldn't be bad at all, but can be destructive mentally and emotionally. You always focus on bringing more and more even when you already reached its peak. That's what the company wants and pressures its employees to deliver every single day.
