Amazing, brilliant peers; unionized work place; and the work used to be thoughtful and rad.
Cons
Once George Soros and the board passed off the running of the foundation to Alex Soros, it's been nothing but chaos since 2021. I took a buyout package at the end of 2021 and I'm so glad I did, because they've just been laying more people off and asking remaining employees to take on more work or portfolios of work unrelated to their expertise haphazardly.
