Pros
One of tightest teams I've ever worked on. We really are a family. We work really hard together, make and eat daily lunches together, have cooking and tasting competitions and regular spotlight dinners. We swap fitness and food stories and invite each other to social gatherings and personal events.
Cons
Such a small bonded team, sometimes its easy to forget there's a world outside. Small and scrappy, so sometimes the focus and effort has to be quickly re-routed to fight fires or meet a deadline.
