by interracting with so many different people you learn a lot of new things which help you develop your career and also your abilities (ex: communication skills, you learn how to deal with people in difficult situations, stress management, etc.); great benefits: very good salary if you achieve your target, medical insurance, lunch tickets, trips in other countries if you win a contest organised by the company

you don't have a lot of free time, once you choose to work for Orange you must be ready for this
