There were absolutely no pros to working here.

This is an extremely irresponsible and dysfunctional employer. Owners, Oscar Tatosian and Sarkis Tatosian do not get along or agree on how to run the business, they SCREAM and swear at each other on an almost daily basis. They will scream on the showroom floor with customers present, they have no shame about it. Because they do not agree on how to run the business they have no business plan or set operations so they tell staff different things. Then the employees get screamed at, the owners will even call at 11:45 at night to scream at you. The all male management team tells female staff not to speak when men are speaking. The owners and both managers refer to female staff and female customers in offensive language that they use freely, even in meetings. The rest of the male staff also use offensive language towards women and the owners and management allow it. They do not offer any paid sick days or health insurance, and you will get in trouble for calling out sick. The facilities are not maintained, I had to clean my desk every morning due to mouse droppings. The owners let their male friends sleep on the rugs in the middle of business hours. I was assisting a client and a man was snoring on our rugs. The all male management team hires and lays off SEVERAL women a YEAR! It's a revolving door of gross dysfunction, do not waste your time!
