Pros

If you're a woman you can easily get these simp male managers to do what you want.

Cons

Upper management here is awful. They openly play favorites, withholding leads and giving them to whoever they choose without any fairness. They make empty promises to fix problems but never follow through. Some employees can come in whenever they want, while others are punished for being a few minutes late. The inventory is always inaccurate, and the service department is a mess. Managers stick to cliques, avoid accountability, and seem untouchable. The General Manager either doesn’t care or is completely incompetent, allowing the store to consistently fail its clients. On top of that, one Volkswagen manager is in an inappropriate relationship with a 21-year-old sales agent—a 14-year age difference. Their behavior is unprofessional and disruptive, as they’re constantly together at work. The manager lets her come in up to four hours late, even when customers are waiting, while ignoring other employees. This is a toxic workplace with leaders who disregard ethics and company policies. Avoid this place at all costs. RUN. Do NOT work here.
