      The pay increased without having to ask for it and job position promotion because of understaffing

      Cons

      Bad upper management. No federal and provincial statutory pay which was mandatory.

      Pros

      Environment kept cleanly and tidy. Has a positive vibe.

      Cons

      Management encourages feeding answers to students more than teaching the students how to learn. They seem to do this in an effort to keep students happy, which in turn keeps parents happy.
