Pros

The pay is nice, the tools you will be using are provided and the credits that you will use to generate are generously given. There is diversity with the sites that you can use so if some sites are unavailable or not working, you can switch.

Cons

It is not beginner friendly, you cannot come in with little to 0 knowledge because the pace will be overwhelming for someone starting even when training is provided. The deadlines they give in training is inconsistent and unset clearly. The training period told during orientation was not followed and was shortened from a month to 2 weeks.

Pros

Creative & Fast-Paced Environment – A great place for editors who enjoy working on high-energy projects. Diverse Range of Projects – Editors get to work on music videos, commercials, and branded content, allowing for skill development across multiple formats. Access to High-End Tools & Equipment – Professional editing software and high-quality footage make the work more efficient and enjoyable. Collaborative Team Culture – Editors work closely with directors, producers, and graphic designers, providing a strong sense of teamwork. Good Learning Experience – The company’s fast-paced nature helps editors improve their technical skills, adaptability, and ability to handle client feedback efficiently.

Cons

Tight Deadlines & Quick Turnarounds – Editors often need to work under pressure to meet project deadlines. Multiple Revisions – Client and director feedback can lead to frequent changes, requiring patience and flexibility. Long Working Hours During Peak Periods – Some projects demand late nights and overtime, Creative Restrictions at Times – While there is room for creativity, final decisions are often driven by client preferences. Fast-Paced Workflow Might Not Suit Everyone – Editors who prefer a slower, more relaxed pace may find it overwhelming.
