Pros
Super-bright people, amazing game-changing idea to begin with, nice offices. Most people want to get things done and to learn and develop.
Cons
Exec team don't work together as a team, which filters down to the rest of the company. No clear idea of where the company is going. Confusion over the role of the San Fran dev teams. Some senior managers choose their favourites based on gender rather than ability.
