Pros

Nothing is good about this company. HR does not know the basic HR policies, they will only focus in recruiting people as there is major attrition in this company.No learning and development for an employee.

Cons

Salary not on time i.e after 2 or 3 months, no f&f - it takes 2/3 years to get settlement in terms of last month salary, forget about P.F. People in Management comes to enjoy their title and are mostly coming to relax at workplace and do nothing but office politics. Everybody working in this company can barely speak and write fluent english as majority of them comes from Vernacular medium. Employees work like slaves, forgetting about their weekly-offs and comp-offs. Late-coming gets your salary deducted which comes only after 3 months.They make you work like slave.

Pros

If you are good , you get reward (but its delayed) . A good company to start your career as you will learn everything you require to sustain in your professional life.

Cons

If you are working in sales its a great challenge as it is a difficult product to sell. Company not well branded so when you switch jobs you have to give a whole lot of explanation about it.
