Pros

Order is the dominant theme at this company . If you enjoy order, then you will thrive in this environment . There are no "Imagineers" here . The titles are as strictly defined as military ranks and promotions follow a prescribed sequence. Employee reviews are done using a well defined process . There is money, so external training is provided in addition to the internally managed company training . Discounted tickets to various area events are offered . There is a sense that upper management is being careful by slowing down spending as the economy slowed and informing the staff as well .

Cons

If you do not like order, then this is not the place for you . The company defines Flex-time as 9 to 5 or 7 to 3 , take your pick . If you exercise your option to use Flex-time, you will be chastised since your department does not observe company Flex-time . There is also no dress down Friday. Business casual must be adhered to . The employees are very center to right wing since many of them live in New Hampshire .

Pros

A few nice people. That's it.

Cons

"With Heart" is a joke. This company does not care about its employees. Those that have been there for a number of years seem to be brainwashed into thinking this culture is normal and that this company cares about them. Parexel likes to make employees feel like they are just lucky to be there. Senior Leadership lacks management and people skills and are quick to throw employees under the bus to protect themselves. Probably because for many of them this is the only company they've ever worked for. This accounts for the high school clique-like culture. The workload is ridiculous for the pay and expectations are constantly shifting. The only thing Parexel cares about is money. The company is overloaded with ridiculous metrics. It's practically all you will have time to do. The most miserable place I've ever worked.
