Pros
The President is quick to respond to any email that, in my opinion, is true but puts the company in a bad light. Usually something to do with stealing merchant's money by charging fees not on the MPA or stealing agent residuals.
Cons
The problem I'm having is Payarc is charging merchants which I referred to them fees that are avoidable. Instead of closing a merchant's processing account AND stopping the billing of that account when the merchant either terminates the account, stops using the account, changes their bank account, and/or moves to another processor; Payarc is intentionally leaving the accounts open for months and charging the merchant fees that are usually not a part of the original merchant processing agreement. Payarc will then send the merchant invoices. The merchants refuses to pay for services they never asked for nor received so Payarc then turns around and charge those same fees to the Agent/rep (me) and proceeds to deduct the fees from the residuals due to the Agent. This started on or around October/November 2025. I have attached invoices and statements. Many of these same merchants are or will be a party to a completely separate, yet imminent, class action lawsuit against Payarc, for other questionable billing practices, which is being researched by a prominent South Florida law firm.
