Loved my job and the people I worked closely with.

It was like working in a big jr high school. People always talking behind your back. When starting a new job you have to get "qualified" for it which meant you had to learn or be trained. The training is a joke. When I trained for the job of "SFO" only 1 guy actually showed me what to do. The others refused to train. When training to become milling operator those guys went above & beyond to get me ready. I guess some people would rather watch you fail and others are smart & realize if you do good it will make their job easier.
