-The managers of the sales team are empathetic, hardworking, and helpful. They are always there to encourage their team members and help in any way they can. -Good employee experience improved by managers despite remote work- always trying to improve camaraderie. -The platform itself is great and easy to authentically talk about its value. -Detailed and effective onboarding, great training team.
-The higherups never interact with the lower level employees so there is little transparency: lay offs, changing pay and commission plans, changing role responsibilities and descriptions constantly. -Constant pressure to hit quotas, despite extremely high number of accounts... but very unequal distribution of accounts as well (some SDRs have 80 accounts while others have 550+ at seemingly random) -Extremely disorganized and chaotic CRM and processes. -No communication between departments (Even between AEs and SDRs) unless the individual employees take it in their own hands to do.
