Pros

Lots of opportunities to make money from sales. Traveling and accommodations is a huge plus on the company's dime. You learn more and hone your photography skills. CEO is easy to reach and works some events.

Cons

Communication is lacking and they'll tell you about your next assignments a day before you're sent off. Same with getting details about an event. They aim for the cheapest flights/motels. Get ready to walk, a lot. Rarely get breaks, and no seats available if you do have a moment. Confusing payment guides.

Pros

Travel abit Only weekends Some people can be cool

Cons

Pay is made to be confusing so you can disregard paycuts whenever They will squeeze as much labor as they can out of you and minimize every incentive Travel pay only covers half your gas if you got a decent car Not a lot of communication from management Pay structure changes every quarter of the year expect 3 more this year Expect to net 250-300 after food and travel expenses while budgeting btw average hours are 24-28 hours per weekend 12-14 hour shifts no breaks Pay use to be good once upon a time
