      Pros

      Well established attractive brand & products backed by the Richemont Group. Most recent Golden Years 2010 to 2013. Well established policies & procedures, CSR & good working conditions. Great potential to develop & expand.

      Cons

      Lots of politics & favoritism in the brand & group. Innovation & performance is encouraged but not rewarded by any signifigant measure. 2014 to 2016 company in turmoil, declining sales, regular reorganisations and layoffs.

      Piaget is a great company to work for. They take a lot of pride in educating their staff about their watches, jewelry, and history.

      Cons

      Compared to Cartier and Van Cleef, Piaget experiences very little traffic.
