Company is run by a cult (Teachers Group) they continually hire managers and others with titles like Chief of this or that and then fire the non managers once the little people get things running smoothly. Spend money on countless lunches but are unable to pay the little people. Management gets all of the money. This by far has been my worst work experience ever.
