      Nice people, pleasant environment, convenient location, understanding management, good products, good selection, adequate training, made friends, easy hours, thats it

      Cons

      some unpleasant customers, low wages and few real incentives, didnt change product range often enough, no bonuses and unrealistic targets

      I love working with children ages from zero to 12 and getting to know their teachers and parents.

      There are no downsides whatsoever.

      Pros

      Team of seasoned veterans who know the market and know how to build products. Fun group of folks to work with. Lots of laughs and camaraderie, but with laser focus.

      Cons

      Like most startups, funding has happened more slowly that we would have liked, but it IS happening.
