Pros
Exposure to high profile clients and senior management from the beginning. Lots of travel opportunities. If you're jump starting your career, this is it for you. You learn a lot, and you may get to work with some very bright minds and incredibly gifted albeit disenchanted individuals. Work/Life balance exists when management is in a good mood. Once you get past the politics and office drama - there exists an incredibly great culture of really nice and intelligent people!
Cons
A lack of effective training (at all levels), disconnected senior management, and defective technology product offerings continually contribute to the high turnover rate. Surprising huge lack of investment in maturing the product despite being a technology company. Lots of politics, and you unfortunately have to play the game well if you want to do well. Lack of transparency is disappointing.
