Work culture is very relaxed, level, and welcoming. It was a breath of fresh air. Flexible work hours, WFH as well, Always lots of exciting projects on the go. Competitive compensation.

Benefits were lacking when I joined but they were ramping up new programs. Working hours can get a little wild during project installs but the flexibility makes up for it.

Pow Engineering is great to work for because they actually care about their employees. They purposely wanted to challenge me and encourage me to learn.

As work is contract based, some times of the year are busier than others.
