      Once given an assignment our superiors would allow us to complete it without micromanagement.

      Management was completely disorganized and had constant turnover. It was hard to communicate between departments because the staff was constantly changing because people quit so often.,

      A challenge for the person who wants one and willing to accept everything that comes with it also is willing to work as a contractor.
