      Pros

      Somewhat loose "rules". Most everyone is very nice. They pretty much had an open door policy and you could talk about most any concerns. Benefits were pretty good.The 2 weeks mandatory vacation was fantastic.

      Cons

      So much family involvement that there's no room at the top. The family also is the reason things slowly progress around there.

      The company pays for insurance Used to get three weeks paid vacations, now days have to be earned Has a 401K

      Cons

      Most employees haven’t had raises in over five years Plant manager is a sadistic man he rules with an iron fist, doesn’t care about employees just a dollar Too many family members and they all hate each other Seems to be against women and gay people. There are no black people working there, it’s all about being a white man.
