The new CEO has called for many rounds of layoffs, no job security. I have seen many co workers be let go. No loyalty to employees who have been here for over 7 years. No Bonus Company is ran like a start up even though it is owned by Tegna Working hours are 9-6 No room for growth PTO is a joke, 15 days but it is combined PTO and Sick Time
