    Resource constraints, morbidly slow hiring process, poor or non-existent year over year increases, declining revenues / margins

    Advice to Management

    Avoid key person dependencies and hire to factor in attrition and learning curve. Improve intra-company communication and work to provide employees with market fair value as replacement costs and training are higher than rewarding existing employees.
