Apparent lack of people skills within the Finance leadership. Just read the reviews, and ignore the obviously HR one to drive up the rating. Trying to be balanced .. The company has some very good people and will eventually reach it's clear potential. However most issues stem from one area and this is not being addressed. Poor IT can be upgraded , Warehouses can be worked on , Bullying , spitefulness and posterior covering - not so much.
