Door-to-door sales which means you are at the mercy of the Scottish weather. I had to pay for my own travel most of the time to the area they sent me to. you start at the bottom and the managers receive a % of your commission. The hours were not definite as sometimes the team leader wanted to stay out longer for more sales.

Everyone is very team-focused and extremely friendly, and there is a well-established culture around supporting others and doing whatever you can for your team to help everyone grow. Working with everyone there was a lot of fun, and even despite the heavy Covid-19 restrictions, there is such an enjoyable atmosphere among the team during meetings. Progression opportunities are excellent within this company, and they are available to anyone who can show outstanding performance, regardless of your prior experience in sales. Management is extremely supportive and focused on bringing as much value as possible to all team members. When I began at Prism, I couldn't believe how positive and supportive an executive team could be - it is not unusual to be contacted by the director for a friendly chat to see how you are doing and what he can do to help! They also looked after us throughout lockdowns and I commend their focus on looking after their own. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an opportunity in direct sales!
