Pros

Creative people, interesting work and clients, good compensation, an established company that is still growing strong, work/life balance, great leadership, fun workdays, light atmosphere, great location, "Bacon Fridays".

Cons

I have been unable to pick at anything I would consider a real con at ProPoint. Maybe, why didn't I work here sooner...

Pros

Great people in a growing company with forward-thinking management that really cares about keeping employees happy and challenged with interesting work. Lots of people have been here for year and years and working remotely is allowed. Family atmosphere, lots of great inter-office friendships. The designers do cool work for clients that get bigger and bigger as time goes by.

Cons

Company is growing and changing the type of clients its taking on. Transition phase brings new challenges all the time.

Pros

I joined Propoint because they were extremely thorough in the hiring process, seemed like great people, and they had been growing despite the recession. After five years there, I couldn't be happier. We had a rough patch as we changed leadership, but we learned quickly from our mistakes and are back in solid growth with a new approach. It's also worth noting that nobody left during or after the changeover because we saw how much care was being given and we enjoy the atmosphere with a lot of fun talent. I've heard of one bad review and know there was an axe to grind. All I can say is: search hard enough, and I'm sure you'll also find an opinion that broccoli is bad for you. If you're lucky enough to come in for an interview, you'll be able to judge for yourself pretty quickly. All the best to the grinch. You're not going to have this much fun in corporate or big agency life. Nor will you have the exposure to so many cutting-edge brands and new platforms.

Cons

Healthcare's always tricky with the smaller players, but they care and they listen. The pay is competitive and management is considerate if you need help balancing work with personal during any big life events.
