Pros
Nice big clean office, good barista and cleaners, but that's about it
Cons
Extremely toxic environment, with the new corporate CTO that made it even worse. The great majority (99%) of the people are worried exclusively about their job security, not caring about the quality of the product they are building at all. And the product is very low-quality. A lot of corporate politics, people lying to each other, never giving credits, giving orders, micromanaging... All around a horrible environment that I haven't ever seen (or heard of) in any IT company (and hopefully won't encounter again). My engineering lead was an archetype of the Dunning-Kruger effect, with 0 communication skills, 0 empathy, poor English skills, and tech skills of a mid-level engineer, but with the ego through the roof. I wasn't as angry with the lead as I was with whoever promoted them in the first place and let them boss people, give orders, and try to intimidate instead of trying to lead and inspire. If you are a developer, stay away from this company, there are many better ones in the region. The Glassdoor reviews speak for themselves, just ignore the fake, five-star ones. Even when all the good engineers left the company, it didn't ring any bells and make them make some changes, they just continued doing what they're doing. This place is just hopeless. (note: this is not a Covid-19 review, the company tries to justify the bad reviews by saying they're from the people they had to let go during the pandemic, which is not really true for most reviews)
