Pros

-Fast growing company with long term potential and a lot of upward mobility -The people are amazing to work with -Collaborative environment -No micromanaging -The pay is competitive -Dress code is very laid back -Very flexible with work life balance and understanding that life happens

Cons

-In office but you can work from home occasionally, if needed, depending on your role and what your boss is okay with. The reason for in office is because the CEO believes in a collaborative environment - which, after having worked from home for 5 years, I completely understand now. -The coffee could be better but there is an espresso machine if you know how to make an Americano -The construction on 69 highway adds 10-15 minutes to your commute -The office furniture has a nice brown on gray aesthetic that kind of stings the eyes, but we're moving to a new building soon -Very few premium office chairs (most are spoken for), so no guarantee you will get a comfortable one -I don't know who's picking the grab and go food and drinks in the HR office kitchen but I'm not impressed with the spread

Pros

Majority of the "boots on the ground" employees are kind, hardworking, and genuine.

Cons

The major con of working at Propio is the toxic work environment. This is a top down issue. The C-Suite is completely disorganized and ran by large egos. This trickles down to the director/manager level positions. It seems that managers were promoted based on who you are and not what you bring to the table. It is very clear there is a lack of people management training and bad habits were adopted from the C-Suite. If you are in search of a company that provides professional development, keep looking. The lack of communication, organization, and moral compass leads to a toxic work environment for those at the bottom of the totem pole. There is also a lack of diversity among leadership in both race and gender, very disappointing for a "modern language services" company.
