Beware IT personnel - Network Administrator Pulse Technologies Employee Review

Micromanaging at it's best . it seems as if managers do not trust you and your skills. IT managers are like puppets on a string for the COO, JC. IT department was a mess. You're opinion does not matter. manager and can't look you in the eyes when he talks to you. Training was horrible. Could not get assistance due to office politics. Manager could not help always referred to coworkers who said they were too busy. Set you up to fail. HR is not neutral and sides with management instead of being neutral. Beware!
