Pros
1. The amount of freedom one gets is immense. There is ample support from the seniors and management in whatever I do (whether the particular project fails or succeed). At the same time, we are not penalized for failed attempts. 2. There is very open work culture with really high caliber and highly motivated people across the board. 3. I think out of all the HFTs in India, the potential the earn in Quadeye is the highest if you are a good performer.
Cons
Sometimes, the work can be overwhelming and stressful. But I guess that is the nature of the industry.
