Pros
They try to motivate their people. The script is easy to follow and the sale is very simple and easy compared to most sales. You don't have to clock in and out for Talk time. It is a great entry level for someone who has never sold before. I just started Night Shift and in my first week I was Top Sales man. That is how easy it is.
Cons
Employees constantly complaining about the job. They just don't get it they are there to make the sale, read the script word by word and make the customers happy. When I first started many came to me and said you don't make bonus here but I have and doubled or tripled my bonus. If you start here come with the attitude you are a winner don't listen to all the negatives and don't believe that you loose sales from verifiers/closers that is not true. The only other thing I hate is Dropping someones pay because they are sick or had an emergency at home is the worst part of this process so if you worked your butt of all week and get sick and call in you loose all your bonuses and spiffs, and your pay drops to minimum wage seems wrong...It also seems illegal.
