      Pros

      Mostly nothing. Coffee machine and cleanliness in office.

      Cons

      All most everything. Unfair pay. You wont be given credits for your work whatever you do. They expect axs licking for everything. WILL FIRE YOU ANYTIME to hide the incompetance of the senior management. For basic hikes you have to cry alot. Stupid kind of work honestly. They dont any clients anymore now. They will hire anf Fire until the company shuts up.

      Steep learning curve. Tough if you are not ready to get into the weeds, learn and grow.
