People resigning left and right and management act like they have no clue why. Salary and benefits are not the greatest, Upper Management is secretive and are always in meetings or on vacation or nowhere to be found half the time, We wonder who to go to for what in some departments especially the HR department. Every document policy i come across looks really old and every person that was actually helpful has left the company.
