    No opinion of CEO

I worked at RBC full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The people and the culture are exceptional. It's a very respectful place to work.

    Cons

Not alot of recognition for hard work. Micro managed to a crippling degree. They want you to be "client first" focused, but only if you can do so within the call time allowed. Going over your AHT = less than 93% compliance = fired. Also, you can apply for different roles but only if your manager recommends you.

    Advice to Management

If you truly want to be client first focussed, then the AHT should be higher. If the Advisor is making the sales and their LTR is above average then why fire them?

I worked at RBC full-time for less than a year

      Pros

Conservative and strong corporate culture. Employees are mostly treated well. Pay seems in line or better compared to bulge bracket banks.

      Cons

      Location downtown is somewhat inconvenient.
