It's a start-up so you have both the freedom and the pressure to create, innovate, test, change... There is room for growth. Your ideas are welcomed and tested. You see the impact you have on the students' lives and it pushes you to do more. The team is really fun to work with.
Cons
Senior leadership does not always make clear and rational decisions. Unproductive and detractors staff members are kept in the organization despite putting all the rest at risk. Salaries are not based on effort or contribution but on unclear motives. A lot could be done in a better way.
