      Good Colleagues. Work-life balance oriented company and internal transfer opportunity.

      Cons

      Lower pay than the market rate, internal promotion to higher level is difficult, company would hire externally without any timeshare background that affects the operation decisions. Will give only minimum market salary of jobs below management level.

      Pros

      Amazing people to work with and the training provided is wonderful. RCI cares about the health and well being of their employee as well.

      Cons

      The only con is lay offs due to reduction in force.
