Opportunity for good experience working on the main campus of the software giant. Possibility for reimbursement for earned certifications. Pay is decent compared to most other vendor companies.

Frequent reorganizations and/or corporate mergers. Got hired almost 5 years ago by a company with a different name which then got a bad reputation due to executive fraud. This company filed bankruptcy and changed its name, then sold its Redmond vendor employees and business to RGen. After about a year it looks like another company (Persistent) is buying out RGen. This all happens independently of my expectations and work environment on the client campus.
